利用基于循证医学证据的抗菌药物临床决策支持系统(EA-CDSS)为临床一线工作人员应用抗菌药物时提供辅助决策支持,是当前抗菌药物临床应用管理的诸多方法中相对最有效的方法,也让真正实现常态化管理成为可能。从临床和管理需求出发,系统地梳理了抗菌药物临床应用管理问题中的几个核心问题,并分别提出相应的信息化方法予以解决。

Using the evidence-based antibacterial clinical decision support system （EA-CDSS） to help the clinical staffmake decision when they prescribe the antibacterial drugs to patients, is the most effective way in many of the methods of clinical application management of antibacterial, but also to truly achieve the normalization of management possible. This article sorted out the key problems of clinical application management of antibacterial systematically and gave informative resolutions for these problems based on the clinical and management requirements.
