摘要
目的:为全面推进癌痛病人治疗的规范化,医院对门诊就诊的病人开展了癌痛治疗规范化管理。方法:本着充分发挥信息化建设辅助医疗过程的思路,通过对医院现有信息系统进行功能性改造,完善了癌痛病人门诊治疗全过程系统流程。结果:建立了适应门诊癌痛管理的系统流程。结论:系统运行后,切实规范了门诊病人的癌痛治疗,并提高了病人治疗的依从性。
Objective: To promote the standardization of the treatment of cancer pain patients, the hospital has standardized the management of cancer pain. Methods: In order to put into practice of the idea of information construction which could assist the medical process, meanwhile, improve and perfect the functional process of the whole process of the outpatient treatment of the cancer pain patients by the functional transformation of the existing information system. Results: A systematic procedure for the management of cancer pain in clinic was established. Conclusion: After the operation of the system, the cancer pain management of outpatients has been standardized, and the compliance of the patients has been improved.
