摘要 目的:借助信息化技术建立一套有效的医患交流平台。在提高医生自身诊疗水平的同时,希望通过改善医疗技术和就医环境,提升患者生理和心理上的双重就医体验。方法:为了解决医患之间信息闭塞、沟通不畅的问题,借助微信平台作为入口,基于微信小程序建立一个真实的网络医疗问答平台。无需安装、无需卸载,随时取用,用完即走。结果:对比传统的App开发周期、成本高、维护难度大以及不易推广等缺点,基于微信小程序开发的医患交流平台,真正实现了方便、便携以及利用率高的医患交流平台。结论:微信小程序在医患交流方面起到了很好的推动及促进作用,强化了医患沟通,推进了医患和谐,群众满意度也得到了显著提高。另外在其他医疗领域也有着巨大的开发价值和潜力。 Objective: To establish an effective doctor-patient communication platform with information technology. While improving the level of diagnosis and treatment of doctors, we hope to improve the patients' physical and psychological medical experience by improving the medical technology and the medical environment. Methods: To solve the problem of information blocking and poor communication between doctors and patients, we use the WeChat platform as the portal to build a real network medical Q&A platform based on WeChat program. Without installation or uninstallation, it can be used at any time, and you can leave after using. Results: Compared to a long development cycle, a high cost, difficult maintenance, difficult promotion and other disadvantages of traditional App, the doctor-patient communication platform developed based on WeChat program is really a convenient and portable doctor-patient communication platform with a high utilization rate. Conclusion: WeChat program has played a good promoting role in the doctor-patient communication, strengthened the communication between doctors and patients, promoted the harmony of doctors and patients, and significantly improved the satisfaction of the masses. In addition, it has a great development value and potential in other medical fields.
