摘要
目的:探索信息技术基础架构库(ITIL)在医院IT服务工作中的应用。方法:对医院信息部门IT服务管理实践特点进行全面分析,并通过分析不断改进实施流程。结果:通过实施ITIL,提高工作效率,减少服务响应时间。结论:只有采用适合医院IT服务特点、针对性强的IT服务管理系统,才能获得IT管理最佳实践,让医院信息部门IT服务管理工作形成闭环。
Objective: To explore the application of ITIL in hospital IT service management ( ITSM ) . Methods: Analyze the characteristicof ITSM in hospital information management and improve the implementation process continuously. Results: Improve work efficiency and reduce service response time by implementing [TIE Conclusion: Only the management system which meets IT special needs or customizes for hospital can become ITSM best practice. And only such ITSM makes hospital information management to be a closed circle.
