矿山充填材料承载机制及压缩特性实验研究 被引量:13

Experimental study on load-bearing mechanism and compaction characteristics of mine filling materials

摘要 为了研究矿山充填材料的压缩承载机制和变形特性,采用均匀设计方法,利用自制侧限压缩装置对三山岛金矿尾砂等充填材料进行压缩实验.结果表明:压缩过程中尾砂颗粒运动符合黏滑力学模型,压缩特性曲线服从指数函数分布,分为孔隙压密闭合、结构变形和弹塑性变形3个阶段,耗能比为1∶5∶18.含胶结物尾砂早龄期压缩特性试验中,尾砂和胶凝材料质量比与养护时间存在显著的交互作用影响,水的质量分数对压缩率影响最显著.在尾砂和胶凝材料质量比为4.00、水的质量分数为15%、养护时间为125.58h条件下含胶结物尾砂压缩率最小. To study the load-bearing mechanism and deformation characteristics of mine filling materials,based on uniform design method,the compaction experiments of tailings and other filling materials of Sanshandao gold mine were carried out by a developed confined compaction apparatus.The results show that the motion of tailing particles during compaction process conforms to the stick-slip mechanical model.The compaction characteristic curve follows an exponential distribution,and the process of compaction can be sub-divided into three stages:pore closure,structural deformation and elastic-plastic deformation,whose energy dissipation ratio is 1∶5∶18.In the compaction experiments of cemented tailings at early curing time,the mass ratio of tailings and binders has a significant interaction effect with the curing time,and the water content has the most significant effect on compaction rate.When the mass ratio of tailings and binders is 4.00,the water content is 15%,and the curing time is 125.58 h,the compaction rate of the cemented tailings is the smallest.
