摘要 隐球菌病是由隐球菌感染引起的一种全球性的真菌病。人类对隐球菌的研究已有一个多世纪，但由于自然气候的变化、隐球菌自身不断的进化及易感人群的增多等因素，隐球菌病已成为一种常见的机会感染性疾病。隐球菌最常见的感染部位是中枢神经系统，但近年来，肺隐球菌病发病率逐年增高，其临床表现、影像学表现无特异性，
