抗生素在非细菌性前列腺炎治疗中的效果观察

Efficacy of Antibiotics in the Treatment of Non-bacterial Prostatitis

目的:探讨分析抗生素在非细菌性前列腺炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年11月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的60例非细菌性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象进行研究,将所选患者随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予抗生素治疗,试验结束后,对两组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI评分及不良反应发生率进行比较分析。结果:通过比较发现,观察组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素治疗非细菌性前列腺炎效果显著,在改善患者症状的同时还可以降低NIH-CPSI评分,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of antibiotics in the treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis.Method ： Sixty patients with nonbacterial prostatitis who were treated in the author＇s hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were selected as study subjects.The selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group of 30 cases.The NIH-CPSI score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after the end of the experiment, and the control group was treated with routine therapy.Result： The NIH-CPSI score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The antibiotic treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis is significant, while improving the symptoms of patients can also reduce the NIH-CPSI score, improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
