舒适护理和传统护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的效果对比

Comparison of Comfortable Nursing and Traditional Nursing in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的:对比舒适护理和传统护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年11月-2016年11月收治的子宫肌瘤剔除术患者78例,按照随机偶数奇数法分为对照组(39例,行传统护理)和试验组(39例,行舒适护理),对两组焦虑、抑郁情绪、环境维度、心理精神维度、社会文化维度、生理维度、总分等舒适度评分进行比较。结果:护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组环境维度、心理精神维度、社会文化维度、生理维度、总分等舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的护理效果优于传统护理,其可显著提升患者舒适度,改善其不良心理,值得临床借鉴和积极推广。

Objective： To compare the effect of comfortable nursing and traditional nursing in laparoseopic myomeetomy.Method： 78 patients with uterine fibroids in the author＇s hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group（39 cases, treated by traditional nursing） and experimental group（39 cases, received comfort nursing of the two groups）.Anxiety, depression, psychological dimension, environment dimension, social cultural dimension, physiological dimension, total comfort scores were compared.Result： There were no statistically significant differences of anxiety and depression scores between two groups before treatment（P〉O.OS）.After nursing, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Psychological dimension, environment dimension, social dimension, cultural dimension, comfort score and other physiological scores of experimental group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of comfortable nursing on laparoscopic myomectomy is superior to traditional nursing.It can significantly improve the comfort of patients and improve their unhealthy psychology, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
