A Second Thought on the Research Subjects of Socialist Political Economics with Chinese Characteristics

不断完善中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系,首先要明确中国特色社会主义政治经济学的研究对象。马克思主义政治经济学全面深入地研究了资本主义生产关系,中国特色社会主义政治经济学既要系统和深入研究中国特色社会主义生产关系,也要从理论上研究怎样更好地发展社会生产力。同时,要坚持历史唯物主义的基本观点,破除"唯生产力论"和"唯生产力标准论"的理论误区。

Continually improving the theoretical system of socialistpolitical economics with Chinese characteristics primarily calls for identifying its research subjects. Marxist political economics led a comprehensive study on capitalist production relations; hence, socialistpolitical economics with Chinese characteristics shall not only systematically and thoroughly study socialist production relations with Chinese characteristics, but also work on theories for better developing social productivity. Meanwhile, we shall stick to fundamental principles of historical materialism, rectifyingthe theoretical obsession of productivityand of productivity standard.
