摘要
通过测试微细涤纶及其运动休闲针织面料的毛细效应,分析其液态水的传递能力。试验结果显示:纵向缠绕的长丝对液态水的传导较好,横向缠绕的长丝对液态水的传导较差;经过编织后的长丝液态水传导能力下降;微细纤维针织面料密度增加,芯吸高度增加;不同的组织结构对芯吸高度值有一定影响;测试试样的方向不同,芯吸高度值有一定差异。
The transitivity of liquid water of micro-polyester and its sports leisure knitted fabric is analyzed by testing the capillary effect. The results show that the liquid water transport ability of longitudinal winding filament is better than that of horizontal winding filament, and the liquid water transport ability of filament reduces after knitting. With the increasing of fabric density, the capillary effect of the knitted fabric increases. The stitch had a certain effect on liquid wicking height of the knitted fabric. The testing results imply that the liquid wicking height has a certain difference on different directions.
