经编全成形船袜收缩性能测试

Contractility test of warp knitted fully-fashioned boat socks

为了探讨经编全成形船袜的收缩性能,测试了3种不同上机密度、2种组织结构、2种款式结构以及分别用深色染料和浅色染料进行染色后的经编全成形船袜的尺寸收缩率。得出结论如下:随着上机密度的增大,经编全成形船袜的收缩率逐渐减小,但宽度方向的尺寸变化率远小于长度方向;全绿组织、交叉祙带式船袜的尺寸稳定性更好;经编全成形船袜染成肤色后长度方向的收缩率大于染成黑色后的尺寸变化率,宽度方向的收缩率小于染成黑色后的尺寸变化率。

In order to discuss the contractility of warp knitted fully-fashioned boat socks, the samples with 3 density of loom, 2 organization structures and 2 style structures separately in dark and light color are produced and tested the contraction percentage. Conclusions can be made with analysis of the experimental results as follows ： with the increase of density of loom, the contraction percentage of warp knitted fully-fashioned boat socks is gradually decreased, but the contraction percentage in width direction is far less than that in length direction; the dimensional stability of all green organization, cross braces boat socks is better; the contraction percentage of the dyed boat socks in skin color is greater than that in black color in length direction, and less than that in black in width direction.
