经编提花毛巾织物的设计与开发

Design and development of warp knitted jacquard towel fabrics

经编提花毛巾织物具有手感柔软丰满、花纹效果丰富的特点,在毛巾市场具有广阔的应用前景。论述了经编提花毛巾织物的设计与开发过程,并从原料、整经、织造和染整等方面介绍了经编提花毛巾织物的生产工艺。经编毛巾织物存在着组织结构固定、花色品种单一等问题,提出了采用电子梳栉横移机构和电子贾卡系统经编提花毛巾织物的设计方法。最后以一款经编贾卡提花毛巾产品为例,阐述了这类织物在CAD软件中的设计流程。结果表明,贾卡提花毛巾花纹清晰,花型立体效果明显,层次感强。

The warp knitted jacquard towel fabric has a wide potential application in the towel market with its soft handle and rich pattern effect. The design and development of the fabric are discussed, and the production process of the fabric in terms of raw yarn, warping, knitting, dyeing and finishing is further introduced. In view of the fixed structure, single variety of warp knitted jacquard towel fabric, the design of the warp knitted jacquard towel fabrics is put forward with the help of the electronic shogging system and Jacquard system. The design process of a kind of warp knitted jacquard towel product with CAD software is expounded in detail. The results show that jacquard towel fabric has clear vattern, stereoscopic effect and strong sense of hierarchv.
