摘要
设计与生产了一种可直接充绒双面穿羽绒服面料。原料运用原液着色的涤纶与锦纶超细纤维,采用了表里换层与接结双层组织的组织结构。针对原料及组织结构特点,对生产过程中的整经、浆丝、并轴、分经、穿综及织造等主要工序进行工艺优化,并采取相应技术措施,确保了产品的成功开发。
A double faced wear down jacket fabric with directly filling is designed and produced. It is made of polyester and polyamide microfiber with dope dyeing, and designed with stitching and interchanging double-layer structure. According to the characteristics of the raw materials and the structure, the main technological parameters, such as the warping, sizing, shafting and water-jet weaving are optimized, and the corresponding technical measures are taken to ensure that the successful development.
