Quantitative analysis of short chain chlorinated paraffins in textiles

摘要 通过GC/MS选择离子扫描模式,筛选出最佳定性定量离子,并结合标准曲线定量分析方法,以手动积分所得样品特征峰总面积对应的浓度,检测纺织品中短链氯化石蜡的含量。结果认为:该方法适用于不同含氯量的短链氯化石蜡,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数R2均达到0.990以上,线性范围0.5~100 mg/kg,检出限(LOD)为0.5 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为3.5 mg/kg。 Optimum qualitative and quantitative ion is selected by selective ion scanning mode (SIM) of GC/MS. Combined with standard curve quantitative analysis, the content of short chain chlorinated paraffins in textiles is obtained according to the concentration acquired by manual integration of total area from characteristic peaks. The results show that this method is suitable for short chain chlorinated paraffins with different content of chlorine. The standard curve is good, the linear correlation coefficients ( R^2 ) of standard curves are all above 0.990, and the linear ranges are from 0.5 to 100 mg/kg. The detection limit (LOD) and quantitative limit (LOQ) is 0.5 mg/kg and 3.5 mg/kg respectively.
