摘要
物流配送是O2O模式的关键环节,如何有效地解决配送问题对O2O服装零售的发展有着重要的意义。针对O2O服装零售的特点及物流配送的特性,运用文献分析、德尔菲法、层次分析法对O2O服装零售物流配送的影响因素进行分析,确定各因素对服装行业物流配送的影响权重。结果显示,物流人才情况、路径选择、信息化进程、配送工具选择、订单配送分配、物流服务态度是影响O2O服装零售的6个主要因素。研究结果可为改进服装企业O2O模式下物流配送水平提供借鉴。
Logistics distribution is the key link of O2O mode, so how to effectively solve the problem of distribution is of great significance to the development of O2O clothing retailing. According to the features and logistics characteristics, the influencing factors of O2O clothing retail mode are analyzed by using literature analysis method, Delphi method and AHP method to identify the weighed factors of O2O clothing retail distribution. The results show that the lack of logistics personnel, route selection, information process, distribution tool selection, order distribution and logistics service attitude are the six most important influencing factors of O2O clothing retail, which can provide references for the improvement of logistics distribution level in garment enterprises O2O mode.
