摘要
选用纯硅酸盐水泥作为骨料,纯丙乳液作为聚合物乳液添加剂,硅灰石和云母作为填料,制备了一系列不同组分配比的聚合物混凝土,并对不同配比聚合物混凝土的力学性能、导热性能、电绝缘性能以及形貌和组成开展性能测试与分析。结果表明:当硅酸盐水泥、聚合物乳液、硅灰石、云母质量比为40∶10∶5∶3时,聚合物混凝土的综合性能最佳,满足电工绝缘材料的绝缘性能要求,确定了其作为管道输电绝缘材料的可行性。
A series of different component ratio of polymer concrete were prepared using Portland cement as aggregate, acrylic emulsion as polymer emulsion additive, wollastonite and mica as fillers. The mechan- ical properties, thermal stability, electrical insulation property, morphology and component of the polymer concrete were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the mass ratio of Portland cement, poly- mer emulsion, wollastonite, and mica is 40: 10:5:3, the polymer concrete has the optimum comprehen- sive properties, which can satisfy the performance requirements of electrical insulating materials. There- fore, the polymer concrete is suitable for the pipeline transmission insulating materials.
