摘要
绝缘油现场取样是保障油样准确检测的关键步骤。40多年来绝缘油中溶解气体分析缺乏专用的取样容器,现场取样步骤繁琐,操作时间长,分析误差大。通过优选新型材料,采用双口进出、偏心轮密封、U型通道排气等多项创新设计,成功研制了新型绝缘油取样容器;提出了绝缘油现场取样新方法,将传统取样方法的12个步骤减少为3个步骤,取样时间由20 min缩短为3 min,大幅提高了现场绝缘油的取样工作效率;运用新方法所取油样,在取样容器中的保存时间由4天延长到180天,并且在全国大范围的运输中油中气体含量可以保持稳定性。
Insulating oil field sampling is a key step to ensure the accurate detection of oil. There are no special sampling containers for dissolved gases analysis in insulating oil over 40 years, it has too many field sampling steps, the operation time is long, and the analytical error is large. A new type of sam- piing container for insulating oil was prepared successfully through selecting new materials and using du- al-port access, eccentric wheel, U-channel and multiple innovative designs. A new sampling method was proposed. The sampling steps reduced from 12 steps of the traditional sampling method to 3 steps, and the sampling time reduced from 20 minutes to 3 minutes. Therefore, the field sampling efficiency of insu- lating oil was improved. The storage time of insulating oil could be prolonged from 4 days to 180 days with the new sampling method, and the dissolved gases content in oil can maintain stable when the oil is in wide range transportation.
