俄罗斯远东地区矿产资源开发现状与潜力

俄罗斯远东地区最有优势和最重要的矿产为油气、金银和有色金属。远东地区剩余油气储量为64亿t,资源量预测为180亿t,油气远景资源主要分布在萨哈共和国的西南部和西部、北库页岛地区、北鄂霍茨克海和西勘察加地区,萨哈共和国的西南部和北库页岛地区的油气开发利用程度相对较高,油气基础设施较好。远东的金银、钨、铜和锡矿储量和预测资源量均居俄罗斯第一位。远东地区金银矿的开发利用受基础设施的影响主要分布在马加丹州、楚科奇自治州、哈巴罗夫斯克边疆区和阿穆尔州,远东地区的金银矿远景资源除分布在上述地区外,还集中分布在萨哈共和国的东部地区。远东地区的锡和钨矿开采主要集中的滨海边疆区,铜矿几乎未开采。锡的远景资源主要分布在萨哈共和国和哈巴边疆区,钨的远景资源主要分布在滨海边疆区和阿穆尔州,铜的远景资源主要分布在楚科奇自治区、马加丹州和勘察加边疆区。从整体上看,远东地区的矿产储量及潜力巨大,但开发利用程度仍较低。虽然存在基础设施差、人才匮乏等不利因素,但仍然极具开发利用价值。建议我国相关企业应先积极参与其基础设施建设,或视开发条件成熟情况综合考虑。

The most dominant and important minerals in Russia＇s far east are oil and gas,gold and silver and non-ferrous metals. The remaining oil and gas reserves in the far east are 6. 4 billion tons, and the amount of resources is predicted to be 18 billion tons. The prospective resources of oil and gas are mainly distributed in the southwest and west of the Saha republic,the north Sakhalin area,the north Okhotsk sea and the west Kamchatka region. The oil and gas development is relatively high in the southwest of the Saha republic and the north Sakhalin area,and the oil and gas infrastructure is better. The gold, silver, tungsten, copper and tin ore reserves in the far east are the first in Russia. Affected by the in{rastructure, the exploitation and utilization of gold and silver ores in the far east are mainly distributed in magadan,Chukchi autonomous prefecture,Khabarovsk border and Amur region. In addition, they are also concentrated in the eastern part of the republic of Saha. The far eastern region of tin and tungsten mining mainly concentrated in the coastal frontier areas, but the copper mines are barely mined. The prospective resources of tin are mainly distributed in the republic of Saha and Haba. The prospective resources of tungsten are mainly distributed in Binhai frontier area and Amur region. The prospective resources of copper are mainly distributed in the Chukchi autonomous region, Magadan state and the border area of Kamchatka. Overall, the reserves and potential of the far east are huge,but the level of exploitation is still low. Although there are disadvantages such as poor infrastructure and shortage of talents, it still has great development and utilization value. It is suggested that relevant enterprises in our country should actively participate in their infrastructure construction, or consider investing in mineral resources when the development conditions are ripe.
