摘要
聚N-乙烯基己内酰(PNVCL)是目前应用最多,效果较好的新型天然气水合物动力学抑制剂之一,是传统热力学抑制剂的优良替代品。以甲醇(AM)为溶剂,偶氮二异丙基咪唑啉盐酸盐(AIBI)为引发剂,N-乙烯基己内酰胺(NVCL)为单体,聚合反应得到聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺(PNVCL),考察了反应温度、时间、溶剂量等合成条件对产品分子质量M_n及产率的影响,确定了合理的合成工艺。结果表明:当反应投料比m(NVCL)∶m(AIBI)∶m(AM)=10∶0.03∶19.8,体系温度为65℃,反应时间6 h,小试产率可达95.4%。依据小试条件进行了放大实验,讨论并确定了最佳放大工艺条件,即:m(NVCL)∶m(AIBI)∶m(AM)=10∶0.03∶21,体系温度65—68℃,反应时间5—6h,PNVCL收率为93.4%,具有良好的放大效果。
PNVCL (poly-N-vinyl caprolactam) is one of the new-type natural gas hydrate kinetic inhibitors applied mostly with good effect at present, and it is the good substitute for traditional thermodynamical inhibitor. Taking methyl alcohol (AM) as solvent, azo diisopropyl imidazoline hydrochloride (AIBI) as initiator, N-vinylcaprolactam (NVCL) as monomer, PNVCL was obtained with polymerization reaction. The effect of synthesis condition such as reaction temperature, time, and amount of solvent on product molecular mass Mn and productivity was investigated, then the reasonable synthesis process was determined. The results show that the small trial production rate reaches up to 95.4%, when the system temperature is 65 ℃, reaction time is 6 h, and reaction rate of charge is m(NVCL) : m(AIBI) : re(AM) = 10:0.03: 19.8. The amplification experiment was implemented according to small trial conditions, and moreover, the optimum amplification technology conditions were discussed and determined, namely, m(NVCL) : m(AIBI) : m(AM) = 10:0.03:21, system temperature 65-68 %, reaction time 5-6 h, and PNVCL yield coefficient 93.4%, with good amplification effect.
