骏枣果园土壤养分对果实品质的影响 被引量:11

摘要 测定阿克苏地区骏枣果园3种不同类型土壤的养分状况、果实品质及营养元素,进行相关性分析及多元线性逐步回归分析,以筛选影响骏枣果实品质和营养元素的主要土壤养分因子,为骏枣果园科学施肥提供理论依据。结果表明,不同土壤类型的土壤养分状况及在不同类型土壤生长的骏枣果实品质及营养元素均存在较大差异;不同土壤养分因子对果实品质影响作用不同,土壤养分状况对骏枣果实品质和矿质营养含量具有显著的影响。土壤中有效钙、有效镁含量与果实中的可溶性糖呈正相关,速效氮、有效硼含量与果实中的可滴定酸呈负相关;土壤中速效钾含量与果实中的钾和镁呈正相关;土壤有效钙含量与果实中的镁呈负相关;土壤中有效镁含量与果实中的锰呈正相关,土壤中有效镁含量与果实中的钾呈负相关;土壤中有效硼含量与果实中的钾呈正相关,土壤中有效硼含量与果实中的磷呈负相关;土壤中有效铁含量与果实中的锰呈正相关;有效锰与果实中的锰呈正相关,而与果实中的磷呈负相关。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for scientific fertilization of Zizyphus jujube cv. Junzao, fruit mineral nutrients and fruit quality were investigated in the Junzao orchards with three soil types in Aksu area. The data obtained were subjected to correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to se lect the main factors affecting fruit quality and mineral nutrients. The results showed that there were sig- nificant differences in soil nutrients, fruit quality and nutrient contents among the orchards with different soil types. The effects of different soil nutrient factors on fruit quality were different. The soil nutrient sta- tus had a significant effect on fruit quality and mineral nutrient content. Available calcium, available magne sium content were positively correlated with soluble sugar and available nitrogen. Available boron content was negatively correlated with the content of titratable acid. The content of available potassium in soil was positively correlated with the potassium and magnesium in fruit. The content of available calcium in soil was negatively correlated with the magnesium in fruit. The available magnesium content in soil was posi- tively correlated with the manganese in fruit,and the available magnesium content in soil was negatively correlated with the potassium in fruit. The available boron content in soil was positively correlated with the potassium in fruit, and the available boron content in soil was negatively correlated with the phosphorus in fruit. Available iron content in soil was positively correlated with the content of manganese in fruit. Availa- ble manganese was positively correlated with that in fruit, and negatively correlated with phosphorus in fruit. Soil nutrient status greatly affected the fruit quality and nutrients.
