摘要
采用S-D润湿方程计算和分析4种东南亚黄檀属红木(交趾黄檀、巴里黄檀、奥氏黄檀、刀状黑黄檀)在径、弦切面及不同纹理方向上的润湿系数及变化规律。结果表明,S-D润湿方程对4种红木表面润湿性能拟合度较好,R^2值均超过95%;4种红木表面润湿性能与树种、切面和纹理方向的相关,其中刀状黑黄檀润湿性能最好,在径、弦切面的横纹和顺纹上的渗透系数K分别为0.048 59、0.052 17、0.055 98、0.064 18,交趾黄檀其次,巴里黄檀表面润湿性能最差;对于同种木材,弦切面润湿性能大于径切面,相同切面的顺纹表面润湿性能好于横纹。由于弦切面的山状花纹和弦切面顺纹较好的润湿性,建议家具表面涂饰选择弦切面为基材,顺纹方向涂饰。
The contact angles of distilled water drops formed on the surfaces of four kinds of Dalbergia rosewood in southeast Asia were measured, and the surface wettability was analyzed by using S D wettabil- ity equation. The results showed that fitting degree of $-D equation on surface wettability of four kinds of rosewood was over 95 %. The surface wettability was affected by tree species, wood sections, and texture direction. The surface wettability of Dalbergia cultrate was the best. Within one species, the wettabit-ity on the radial section was better than that on the tangential section, surface wettability on the same section a- long the grain was better than that across the grain.
