关于构建经济法学话语体系的若干思考

On the Construction of the Discourse System of Economic Law

构建经济法学科话语体系不仅是经济法学科建设的迫切需要,也是建设法治中国和我国法治意识形态自主化的客观要求。经济法的话语体系的构建应该遵循确立社会主义法治理念的话语权威、坚持实践主义的话语立场、保持普及性原则和开放性的话语姿态、确立创新性思维等基本原则,进一步提升学术理论水平,形成统一的价值立场,提炼标识性、融通性和基础性的概念和范畴,立足中国经济法治主战场,研究中国问题,谱写中国文章。

Constructing the discourse system of economic law is not only the urgent need of the subject construction of economic law, but also the objective requirement of Chinese legal construction. The construction of the discourse system of economic law should follow the basic principles of establishing the authority of socialist idea of rule of law, adhering to the discourse stand of practice, maintaining the principle of universality and opening discourse posture, establishing innovative thinking and other basic principles. We should promote the academic theoretical level, forming a unified value position, refining the identity, and basic category. Study on the economic law in China should be based on the current social practice of China.
