摘要
目的:研究不同表面处理方法对氧化锆与饰瓷剪切强度的影响。方法:制作28个氧化锆瓷块试件并按表面处理方法随机均分为4组:A(对照组)、B(喷砂组)、C(热酸蚀组)、D(喷砂+热酸蚀组),每组各随机抽取2个试件,分别用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)法观察处理后的试件表面结构;其余试件常规上饰瓷后用剪切实验测试界面剪切强度,数据用SPSS 13.0进行统计学分析。结果:SEM观察显示试件表面呈现不同程度的微孔结构;XRD分析表明4组试件表面均出现单斜相氧化锆晶体;A、B、C、D组剪切强度值(MPa)分别为:15.96±3.44、20.58±2.21、26.28±2.86和22.51±1.94,其中,A组的剪切强度低于其他3组(P<0.05),C组的剪切强度大于其他3组(P<0.05)。结论:喷砂、热酸蚀、喷砂+热酸蚀处理方法能提高氧化锆与饰瓷的结合强度,其中热酸蚀的效果较好。
Objective: To assess the influence of different surface treatment on the adhesion of the zirconia-veneering ceramic systems. Methods: 28 zirconia specimens were divided into 4 groups (n = 7) and treated by non-treatment( group A, the control), sandblaste(group B), hot-etching(group C) and sandhlaste + hot-etching(group D). 2 specimens randomly selected from each group were examined under SEM and XRD for the observation of surface structure. The veneering porcelain was layered on the remaining specimens of the 4 groups( n = 5 ), then the shear strength of the interface was tested by a universal testing machine. Data were statisti- cally analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results: Different degrees of micro pore structure was observed on the zireomia surface of the 4 groups by SEM observation. The XRD analysis showed that all specimens emerged monoclinic phase. The shear bond strength of group A, B, C and D was (15.96±3.44) MPa, (20.58 ±2.21) MPa, (26.28 ±2.86) MPa and (22.51 ±1.94) MPa respectively. group A vs group B, C and D,P 〈0.05; group C vs group A, B and D,P 〈0.05. Conduslon: The surface treatment of sandblaste, hot-etching and sandblasted + hot-etching can improve the shear bond strength of the zirconia-veneering ceramic systems, and the hot- etching method is the most effective.
