中学体育教师职后培训实效性研究

The Efficiency on Post-Career Training of P.E. Teachers from Middle Schools

以山西体育教师的职后培训为着眼点,以实效性为研究的重点,采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等,对体育教师职后培训内容、培训方式、培训后体育教师自身能力提高、以及影响因素等进行调查分析,指出:发挥"国培计划"的引领作用,构建多元化的体育教师培训模式;引导体育教师注重自身专业发展,结合自己的教学工作开展行动研究;加强培训的过程性评价,强化训后监控指导;加强培训前期调研,设置合理的职后培训课程体系;构建体育教师职后培训的考核与评价标准,建立培训后的反馈机制。

Focused on the efficiency on post - career training of P. E. teachers from middle schools in Shanxi province, with the methods of questionnaire, expert interv/ews, logical analysis and data statistics, the study surveyed and analyzed the training contents, methods, effects on teachers and its influential factors as well and tried to make some proposals as follows： a. stick to diversified training models to improve P. E. teachers＇career quality with the ＂National Teachers Training Project＂ as the leading one; b. lead P.E. teachers to lay impor- tance to and reinforce their serf-development and serf-training; c. enhance the evaluation during the course of training and give more guide after - training; d. emphasize the pre - training research and establish reasona- ble post -training curriculum system; e. set test and evaluation criterion for P. E. teachers＇post -career train- ing and set up feedback mechanism.
