从压力容器事故处理谈设备设计本质安全 被引量:1

摘要 压力容器是石化装置的重要组成部分,其本质安全是关系到石化项目安全运行的重要环节,是践行HSE管理体系的重要目的所在。本文以一起石化项目中压力容器事故的处理过程为例,从压力容器的安全设计出发,通过事故的调查、处理和最终修理完善等一系列过程,阐述基于风险的本质安全理念;另外,以基于风险的安全理念为指导,在实现压力容器本质安全的同时,更可以挽回因处理不当带来的经济损失,以实现经济效益。 Pressure vessels are important components in petrochemical units and their inherent safety is the important link concerning the safe operation of petrochemical projects and it's also the main target of fulfilling HSE management system.This paper takes an accident treatment procedure of a pressure vessel in a petrochemical project for instance.Starting from the safety design for pressure vessels,the paper illustrates the idea of risk-based inherent safety through a series of processes involving accident investigation,accident handling and final repair and perfecting;on the other hand,directed by the idea of risk-based inherent safety,the inherent safety for pressure vessels can be realized,meanwhile,economic losses due to improper treatment can be retrieved so as to achieve economic benefits.
