摘要 本文通过对丙烯酸树脂的改性以及St?ber法制备纳米级二氧化钛—二氧化硅复合微球,以溶液聚合法和物理共混法得到了一种改性的自清洁涂层。该涂层以甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯为低表面能单体,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)分别为软硬单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,对丙烯酸树酯进行改性;再将所得纳米级二氧化钛—二氧化硅复合微球与改性树脂溶液进行混合,从而实现了自清洁功能;红外光谱测试表明,该方法成功对丙烯酸树脂进行了氟改性,扫描电子显微镜显示复合微球表面形貌,颗粒均匀,粒径为160~200 nm。 Based on modifying waterborne acrylic resin and St6ber method, the nano composite SiO2-TiO: microspheres were fabricated and a modified hydrophobic self-cleaning coating was prepared by solution of polymerization and blending method. The coating used trifluoroethyl methacrylate as low surface energy monomer, BA and MMA as gentle or hard monomer respectively, AIBN as the initiator of acrylic resin, to modify resin. Then the microspheres prepared and resin solution was mixed entirely so as to realize self-cleaning function; the infrared spectrum test showed that this method successfully modified the acrylic resin. The scanning electron microscope showed that the surface morphology of the composite microspheres was uniform, and the particle size was 160-200 nm.
