摘要
五谷虫小分子多肽具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。本研究发现,五谷虫小分子多肽可调节脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的血管平滑肌细胞(Vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMC)引起的血管内皮细胞(Vascular endothelial cells,VEC)过度迁移和增殖,这可能是五谷虫小分子多肽抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制之一。
Musca domestic maggot low molecular weight polypeptide had the function of anti atherosclerosis. In this study, we found the Musca domestic" maggot low molecular weight polypeptide could regulate over proliferation and migration of VEC which induced by LPS-VSMC. And that could be one of the potential anti atherosclerosis mechanisms of Musca domestic maggot low molecular weight polypeptide.
