摘要
本论文对褐藻纤维素的稀硫酸水解工艺进行优化。影响稀硫酸水解的三个因素分别是:加热温度、水解时间、稀硫酸浓度。单一因素分析得出:稀硫酸水解褐藻纤维素还原糖产率随温度(温度范围80~200℃)升高而升高,;随稀硫酸浓度(浓度范围1%~10%)增加而增加,随水解时间(水解时间范围80~180 min)增加而增加。正交实验得出的最优水解条件是:水解温度200℃,稀硫酸浓度10%,水解时间60分钟,可得到还原糖产率98.62%。
this paper optimizes the hydrolysis process of cellulose in brown algae. The three factors that influence the hydrolysis of dilute sulfuric acid are: heating temperature, hydrolysis time and dilute sulfuric acid concentration.
