摘要
在涠洲11-1N油田开发钻井过程中存在两大难题:一是井眼垮塌问题,二是井眼清洁问题。根据油基钻井液的特点,结合WZ11-1N油田地层的特征,在现有油基钻井液的基础上,对配方和性能进行了优化,构建了适应WZ11-1N油田地层特征的油基钻井液体系,成功解决了涠二段的井壁失稳问题,实现大斜度井直接起钻,极大的提高了钻井时效。
Wellbore collapse and wellbore cleanness are two severe problems lies in the drilling program of WZ11-1N oilfield development. According to the characteristic of OBM, combined with the formation feature of WZ11-1N oilfield and based on the foundation of existed OBM system, a new OBM swas constructed by optimization of the old OBM tbrmula and properties. This new OBM has successfully solved the wellbore instability problem of W2 formation and highly increased the drilling efficiency.
