摘要 2,3,4,6-O-四苄基-D-葡萄糖是合成伏格列波糖的关键中间体。本文以甲基-α-D-葡萄糖甲苷为起始原料,经苄基保护和脱甲基两步反应得到目标化合物,其结构经MS和1H NMR确证。该方法原料价格低廉易得,操作简单,反应总收率74.6%。 2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-benzyl-D-glucopyranose an important pharmaceutical chemical intermediates. It has a very wide application prospectin chemistry, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry. In this paper, α-D-Methylglucoside as the starting material, the benzyl protection and demethylationin two steps to get the target compound, and its structure was confirmed by MS and 1H NMR. The raw material price is low and easy to obtain, the method is simple and easy to operate, the total yield was 74.6 %.
