摘要
本文探究了以蒽油为主要原料合成水煤浆添加剂,在前期的水煤浆添加剂磺化蒽油的制备工艺不变的条件下,通过黄金分割法实验法确定了新型水煤浆添加剂的最佳合成工艺条件,在磺化蒽油产品中加入对氨基苯磺酸,通过分子调控,使得其形成线性结构,制得的产品加到宁东一分区的原煤配成的水煤浆中不仅使之有很好的稳定性和较低的粘度。
In this paper, a series of experiments are done, discussing the anthracene oil as the main raw material for synthesis of CWS. Under the same condition which in the early CWS Preparation of sulfonated anthracene oil. Through the golden section method to determine the new experiment of the most CWS best synthetic conditions, anthracene oil products in the addition of sulfonated amino acid, by molecular regulation, making it the formation of linear structure, the products added to the CWS prepared not only to make a very good stability and relatively low viscosity.
