摘要 采用电子除垢仪+高效金属电沉积+精密过滤+超滤+MVR技术为主体工艺,设计规模1000 m3/d,该工艺对离子交换过程产生的盐酸废水有较好的处理效果:出水pH=7~8,浊度≦5 NTU,COD≦30 mg/L,氯化物≦250 mg/L,总硬度≦250 mg/L,总溶解性固体≦1000 mg/L,达到企业回用水的指标要求。该工艺为离子交换盐酸废水的零排放处理提供新思路,有效解决了现有处理技术对离子交换盐酸废水处理运行成本高、无经济效益的不足,实现中水回用的目的,经济与环保效益相统一。 The scale of 1000 m3/d is designed by using electronic cleaning instrument + high efficiency metal electrodeposition + precision filtration + ultrafiltration + MVR technology. The process has good effect on the hydrochloric acid wastewater produced by ion exchange process: effluent pH=7-8, turbidity 5 NTU, COD ≤ 30mg / L, chloride ≤ 250 mg/L, total hardness ≤ 250 mg/L, total dissolved solids ≤1000 mg/L, to meet the requirements of corporate water reuse This process provides a new idea for the zero-discharge treatment of ion-exchange hydrochloric acid wastewater, which effectively solves the shortcomings of the existing treatment technology for the high cost and no economic benefit of the ion exchange hydrochloric acid wastewater treatment, the purpose of realizing the reuse of water, the economic and environmental benefits Unified.
