高职网络教学资源库建设中渗透职业素养培养的研究

Research on the Cultivation of Professional Quality in the Construction of Network Teaching Resource Database in Higher Vocational Colleges

要进行信息化教学改革,首先要做好网络资源库的建设。当前的资源库基本是围绕着知识和技能进行建设的,这不利于学生职业素养的全面培养,不利于提高学生的就业竞争力和发展后劲。因此本文从网络教学资源库的结构设计、内容准备、资源研制等几个方面,阐述了如何结合职业素养培养进行教学资源库的建设。

In order to carry out the information teaching reform, we must do well the construction of network resource database. The current resource base is built around the knowledge and skills, which is not conducive to the overall cultivation of students＇ professional quality. It is not conducive to improving the competitiveness of students＇ employment and development potential. Thereifore, this paper expounds how to combine the cultivation of professional quality with the construction of teaching resource database from the aspects of the structure design, content preparation and resource development of the network teaching resource database.
