长中城市群产业结构优化与土地集约利用协调性测度 被引量:9

Measurement on the coordination of the industrial structure optimization and land intensive use for the urban agglomerations of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River

摘要 在探讨产业结构优化与土地集约利用耦合机理的基础上,依据长江中游城市群31个城市2003、2008和2013年的指标数据,采用耦合协调度模型和探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)描述了产业结构优化与土地集约利用协调关系的时空演变特征。结果显示:长江中游城市群各城市产业结构高级化、合理化与土地集约利用协调度总体水平较好,协调类型以中度协调为主,且时间序列上表现为逐步提升,空间上形成以中心城市(武汉、长沙、南昌)为核心向外扩散逐渐减弱的演变形态;城市群产业结构优化与土地集约利用协调作用尚未形成显著的空间集聚或扩散效应,城市之间横向作用和关联较弱。在此基础上,提出了产业转型升级与土地集约利用协调发展的相关政策建议。 Based on the analysis to the coupling mecha- nism between industrial optimization and land intensive using, by using the data of 31 cities at the urban agglomeration in the middle reaehes of the Yangtze River in the years of 2003, 2008 and 2013, the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of this coupling mechanism are described by coupling - coordina- tion and ESDA. The results show that the overall level of coordi- nation degree between supererogation and rationalization of in- dustrial structure and land intensive use is in better state. Mean- while, the coordination degree is dominant in the type of city and gradually improved over time, with an evolution pattern that cen- tral cities ( Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang) are as the core and gradually weakened and diffused when pushing outward in space distribution. The result of global spatial autoeorrelation in- dicates that the coordination degree of urban agglomeration and industrial structure optimization "has no significant agglomeration or diffusion effect in space through the urban agglomeration and the lateral effect and correlation of urban agglomeration cities are comparatively weak. Therefore, it is necessary to develop indus- trial transformation and land intensive use coordinately.
