城市人均商业面积标准值测算——以河北省青龙县大巫岚城区为例

Calculation on the standard value of per capita commercial area:a case study on the Dawulan downtown of Qinglong County

基于城乡总体规划中城市建设用地平衡表和居住用地规划图建立数字和图形模型,对城市人均商业面积标准值进行专业测算。以河北青龙大巫岚城区为例,对专业途径测算的标准值进行了比较,验证了其对商业发展专项规划编制和对城乡总体规划检验的现实意义。

Based on the balance of urban construction land and residential land use plan in the overall planning of ur- ban and rural areas, the digital and graphical models were estab- lished to calculate professionally the average value of per capita commercial area. Taking Qinglongdawulan city of Hebei for ex- ample, this essay compares the standard value calculated by the professional approach, and verifies its practical significance for the development of the special plan of the commercial develop- ment and the overall planning of urban and rural areas.
