摘要
在知识经济时代,初创企业若想在日益激烈的市场竞争中获得优势,就必须发挥员工建言行为的作用。以往研究表明,员工的心理资本是影响员工工作态度、工作行为的重要变量。本文从这个角度出发,对杭州地区156位初创企业员工进行了有效的问卷调查与实证研究。结果表明:杭州初创企业员工自我效能、韧性、乐观对其建言行为皆具有显著的正向影响。在此基础上,本文从心理资本的角度,提出了提升杭州初创企业员工建言行为的相关对策与建议。
In the age of knowledge economy,start-ups must develop employee voice behavior if they want to gain advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition.Previous researches have shown that the psychological capital of the employees is an important variable which influences their attitudes and work behaviors.Therefore,it is worthwhile to study on the influence of the psychological capital of the start-up employees on their voice behaviors.Through questionnaires and interviews to 156 employees in Hangzhou start-ups,we find out that the self-efficacy,resilience and optimism of the start-up employees have positive impacts on their voice behaviors.On top of the above study,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting voice behaviors for Hangzhou start-up employees,from the perspective of psychological capital.
