农民参与农村产业融合发展的路径研究

A Study on the Path of Farmers' Participation in the Development of Rural Industry

农民是农村产业融合发展的重要参与主体。农民可以将其拥有的土地、资金和劳动力三要素,通过土地入股、土地租赁、自主创业、从事二、三产业劳动等各种路径充分参与到农村产业融合发展中。因此,应通过提高农民的参与意识,加强农民的教育培训,充分发挥政府和市场的作用,建立健全利益保障机制等途径进一步拓宽农民在产业融合发展中的参与路径。

The development of rural industry integration is a strategic initiative to promote agriculture modernization,increase farmers ’income and make the rural economy flourished.Farmers are an important participant in the development of rural industry.Farmers can take the land,capital and labor three elements,through the land shares,land leasing,self-entrepreneurship,engaging in the second and third industrial work and other path to fully participate in the development of rural industry integration.We should broaden farmers’ participating path in the development of industrial integration,by raising awareness of farmers’ participation,strengthening the farmers’ education and training,giving full play to government and market,establishing and improving the guarantee mechanism for farmers interest and other ways.
