就地化装置硬件外特性的在线监测与诊断方法

On-line Monitoring and Diagnosis Method for Hardware External Characteristics of Localized Equipments

针对电力二次就地化装置运行维护面临的新要求和挑战,从就地化装置硬件外特性的角度出发,系统性地分析了典型就地化装置的交流量输入接口、供电电源输入接口、光纤通信通道、开关量输入回路、工作指示灯,以及装置外部环境状态等电气与物理特征,提出了相应的在线监测与诊断方法。根据就地化装置硬件外特性的诊断结果,构建了硬件接口状态判据矩阵,形成了典型的故障诊断结果。

According to the new challenges for the operation and maintenance of secondary localized equipment in power system,from the view of its external characteristics of hardware,the electrical and physical characteristics of the AC input connectors,power input interfaces,fiber channels,binary input circuits,operating indicators and external environment conditions are analyzed.Meanwhile,the on-line monitoring and diagnosis methods are also presented.According to the diagnosis of hardware external characteristic,the hardware interface state matrix is built and the typical fault diagnosis result is produced.
