摘要
目的了解璧山区作业场所空气中"三苯"(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)污染现状,为减少职业病危害提供依据。方法对2012-2015年427家涉苯企业的"三苯"检测结果进行分析。结果 2012-2015年璧山区作业场所共检测920份样品,合格563份,总合格率61.20%;苯、甲苯、二甲苯的检出率分别为71.52%、56.41%、0.76%,均呈逐年下降的趋势,3种毒物检出率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1 043.16,P<0.05);其中苯超标率35.87%,甲苯超标率2.93%,二甲苯未超标。结论 2012-2015年璧山区工作场所空气中苯、甲苯的职业危害较大,应加强监管,改进生产工艺和增添防护措施,减少职业危害。
Objective To understand the Bishan district workplaces in the air pollution status of triphenyl(benzene,toluene,xylene),and provide a basis for reducing occupational hazards.Methods We analysed of the triphenylamine pollution results of 427 benzene-related enterprises from 2012 to 2015.Results 2012 – 2015,in Bishan District workplace,a total of 920 samples were tested.There were 563 qualified samples,and the total pass rate was 61.20%;The detection rates of benzene,toluene and xylene were 71.52%,56.41%and 0.76% respectively,which showed a decreasing trend year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=1 043.16,P0.05);the rate of benzene exceeded was 35.87%,toluene exceeded the standard,of the rate was 2.93%,xylene not exceeded.ConclusionIn the workplace,air benzene and toluene were the most occupational hazards in Bishan district from 2012 to 2015.We should strengthen the supervision,improve the production process and add protective measures to reduce occupational hazards.
