摘要
目的了解和掌握宜宾县急性农药中毒现状和中毒原因及特征,为农药中毒防制提供依据。方法通过"中国疾病预防信息控制系统"对2010-2016年宜宾县农药中毒报告卡个案资料进行统计分析。结果 2010-2016年宜宾县共报告急性农药中毒743例,死亡12例,病死率1.62%。非生产性农药中毒716例(96.37%)。男性329例(44.28%),女性414例(55.72%)。40~49岁年龄段发病数最多,共147例(19.78%)。有机磷类农药中毒最多,共166例(22.34%)。第二季度发病率最高,占29.74%。结论非生产性农药中毒为宜宾县主要农药中毒,女性非生产性自服农药中毒尤为严重,夏秋季节是农药中毒高发季节。
Objective To investigate the status,causations and traits of acute pesticide poisoning in Yibin county,and provide evidence for prevention of pesticide poisoning.Methods The data through the direct-reportscases of pesticide poisoning from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System in Yibin county from 2010 to 2016 was analysed.Results Totally 743 cases were reported in Yibin county from 2010 to 2016,with 12 cases died and the mortality was 1.62%.716 cases（96.37%）of non-productive pesticide poisoning were recorded.Among all the cases,there were 329 male cases（44.28%）and 414 female cases（55.72%）.The highest incidence was especially in Q2,about 29.74%.Conclusion Non-productive pesticide poisoning is the main pesticide poisoning type in Yinbin County.Nonproductive pesticide poisoning is severely among female.The summer and autumn are the seasons of high pesticide poisoning.
