广元市2015年医疗机构在岗放射工作人员健康状况分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的了解2015年广元市医疗机构在岗放射工作人员职业健康状况,为放射作业人员的健康防护提供科学依据。方法对2015年广元市421位医疗机构在岗从事放射工作的人员进行职业健康检查,将结果做统计分析。结果职业健康检查结论:1例疑似放射性白内障;1例职业禁忌证(直肠癌);3例暂时脱离放射工作(孕妇);83人待血常规恢复后可继续从事原放射工作;140人所有体检项目均未见异常。体检项目中:晶状体混浊占50.12%,血小板减少占17.10%,白细胞增高或降低占2.38%,红细胞和(或)血红蛋白减少占2.85%,无染色体及微核异常;腹部彩超异常占13.3%,肝功异常占4.75%,心电图异常占4.04%,血压异常占2.61%,甲状腺激素功能异常占0.95%。结论广元市医疗机构放射工作人员的健康已经受到一定程度的影响,主要是眼晶状体混浊和血小板减少。其中乡镇医疗机构受损高于其他级别医疗机构;女性高于男性;青年女性较高于其他年龄组;受损程度与工龄有关。建议进一步加强重点地区、重点人群、重点项目的职业健康监护,保障工作人员的身体健康。 Objective To understand the health status of on-the-job radiation workers in medical institution of Guangyuan in 2015 and provide a scientific basis for the health protection of radiation workers.Methods Occupational health examination was conducted in 421 radiation workers serving in medical institutions in Guangyuan in 2015,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results According to occupational health examination conclusion,one case of suspected radiation cataract,one case of occupational contraindication(rectal cancer)and three cases of temporary avoidance from radiation work(pregnant women)were found.Eighty three workers could continue to work on radiation if their blood routine test results returned to normal;140 workers(33.25%)showed no abnormality on all examination.Among physical examination items,lens opacity was found in 50.12%,thrombocytopenia in 17.10%,leukocyte abnormality in 2.85%,reduction in red blood cells and/or hemoglobin in 2.85%,chromosomal and micronucleus abnormality in 0%,abdominal ultrasonography abnormality in 4.75% abnormal liver function in 4.75%,abnormal ECG abnormality in 4.04%abnormal blood pressure in 2.61%and abnormal thyroid dysfunction in 0.95%.Conclusion Health of radiation workers in medical institutions of Guangyuan were affected by radiation to some extent;lens opacity and thrombocytopenia were the main problems discovered.Impairment in township medical institutions was greater than in medical institutions at other levels;the proportion of affected females was higher than that of affected females;the proportion of young females affected was higher than in other age groups;the severity of impairment was related to the length of service.It is suggested that occupation health monitoring should be further enhanced for key items in key populations in key regions to ensure physical health of radiation workers.
