摘要
模拟了带有五块相同弓型防波板、圆孔型防波板的LNG罐箱在紧急避让物体而刹车的情况下,罐箱内LNG的晃动特性,通过对比LNG对罐壁和防波板冲击压强的变化得出:弓型防波板能够明显减弱液体的晃动,防波效果较好,但五块弓型防波板所受的压强差异较大,容易造成单个防波板因受力过大而损坏。研究了4孔、12孔、36孔三种圆孔型防波的性能,发现在防波板有效面积为罐箱横截面积一半时,圆孔数量对圆孔型防波板的性能无明显影响。
The sloshing characteristic of LNG in the container with five identical arcuate and hole - shaped baffles was simu- lated under the condition of suddenly braking for some object. By comparing the impacts of changes in pressure of the container wall and baffles, the result shows that arcuate baffles can be significantly reduced against liquid sloshing, however the pressure difference between the five arcuate baffles is large, likely to cause a single baffle damaged due to excessive force. Research on the performances of three kinds of baffles for 4 - hole, 12 - hole, 36 - hole shows that the number of hole - shaped on the per- formance of baffle is not obvious when the effective area of baffle is equal to half of container cross - sectional area.
