15μm量子阱探测器低温集成组件技术研究

摘要 针对峰值波段15μm的320×256量子阱甚长波红外探测器应用的快速降温、低功耗和环境适应性要求,分析了15μm量子阱探测器低温集成组件技术的特点。通过对冷指的优化设计、冷屏的热设计及冷平台辅助支撑结构设计等低温集成技术的研究,实现了量子阱探测器组件的快速降温、低功耗和高环境适应性。经过测试,封装有量子阱探测器的IDCA组件满足项目使用要求。 Aiming at the requirement of fast cooling, low power consumption and environmental adaptability of 151xm 320 * 256 very long wavelength QWIP, the characteristics of low temperature integrated assembly of the 15p, m QwIP were analyzed. Basedh on the cryogenic integration technology of eoldfinger design, thermal design of the cold shield and cold platform auxiliary support structure design, so as , to achieve rapid cooling, low power consumption and high environmental adaptability of QwIP integrated assembly. After testing, the QWIP packaged with IDCA meets the requirements of the project.
