软岩耦合支护在复采空区二次活化巷道的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对关岭山煤矿旧采区二次活化巷道强烈矿压显现问题,分析并确定了巷道变形受旧采区顶板冲击地压和巷道围岩破碎综合影响。结合软岩巷道耦合支护理论,通过工程地质条件分析,确定了软岩类型为偏应力—断层化—膨胀性软岩(HDS),变形力学机制为IAIIBDIIIAC复合变形机制,并确定支护参数和5种支护方案。采用FLAC3D软件的Extrusion模块功能,建立旧采区三维模型,对确定的方案进行数值模拟,证明了耦合支护的有效性并进行了工程验证。 Aiming at the occurrence of strong mining pressure in secondary activation roadway in residual mining area of Guanling Mountain Mine, the deformation of the roadway affected by roof rock burst and brittle roadway surrounding rock was analyzed and deter- mined. Combined with soft rock roadway coupling support theory, through the geological engineering condition analysis, the soft rock type was considered as the partial stress-fault-expansion soft rock(HDS), the deformation mechanics mechanism was IA II~ IIIAc com- pound deformation mechanism and thus the support parameters and five support programs were determined. Using the Extrusion module function in FLAC3D software, the three-dimensional model of residual mining area was established, and the numerical simulation of the scheme verified the effectiveness of coupling support and engineering validation.
