摘要
介绍离心式煤浆泵在低压煤浆输送中的应用情况,分析其在低压煤浆输送中的优越性,并对其在煤浆输送中遇到的低转速下不打量、高黏度下煤浆输送困难和机械密封泄漏问题及其危害进行分析,总结出较好的处理措施。
The application of centrifugal coal slurry pump in low pressure coal slurry conveying was described in this paper. Its advantages in coal slurry conveying and problems occurred during conveying, such as no slurry conveying at low rotating speed,difficulty in conveying high viscosity coal slurry,leakage of mechanical seal, and others were studied. The preferred treatment measures were summarized.
