摘要
南通作为中国近代民族工业发祥地之一,在清末状元张謇的苦心自治经营之下,兴建了大量祈通中西的近代建筑。文中通过普遍调查遗存的近代建筑和分析文献资料,梳理出南通近代建筑的发展历程,对近代建筑的分布地区和形成因素进行了总结,进而对南通近代建筑在材料运用和建造管理等方面做出了初步探析,希望能够对包括南通及其他城市中遗存的近代建筑研究有所启发。
As one of the birthplace of modern national industry, a lot of modern buildings was built by the Qing dynasty scholar Mr. Zhan with his painstaking autonomous mode in Nantong region. The author combed out the modern Nantong construction stage of development, through the investigation and analysis of historical data, summarized the distribution area and formative factor,studied the modern buildings materials and management system. This paper can be as enlightenment to the modern architecture research of Nantong and other cities.
