摘要
常州市某工程门厅及羽毛球场区域的1层至2层、3层至4层均为架空层,混凝土模板支撑体系的高度分别为10.5m、10.45m。由于1层至2层高大支模架已经提前拆除,经计算2层顶板结构无法满足3层至4层混凝土结构施工荷载要求,且不满足混凝土施工验收规范拆除模板的要求,故需对2层顶板结构重新进行支撑加固。采用格构式钢管支撑、回顶支撑技术进行加固。
In a Changzhou construction project, the 1 to 2 floors and 3 to 4 floors of entrance hall and badminton field are all overhead supported. The hight of concrete formwork support system is 10.5 m, 10.45 m respectively. Because of the 1-2 floors high formwork are demolished in advance, the structure of the second floor can not meet the 3-4 floors' construction needs and the requirement of dismantling form work in concrete construction acceptance specification, so that the second floor must be resupported and reinforced with lattice steel pipe pillar backwards support technology.
