从国家调控经济、房地产、投资三个方面阐述PPP模式推广的政策背景;分析PPP模式对不同项目的适用性,并结合实际情况研究PPP在不同阶段的发展路径,研究认为PPP模式短期将在规范中与平台公司共同前行,长期将逐步完成历史使命、回归理性。

This paper expounds the policy background of PPP mode promotion from three aspects of state control economy, real estate and investment, and analyzes the applicability of the PPP model to different projects and the path of development at different stages. Combined with China＇s actual situation, studies the development of PPP in different stages of the path. The study considers that the PPP model will be evolved with the financing platform company in the short term, will gradually complete the historical mission and return to reason in the long term.
