摘要
为了有效抑制工程招投标领域的围标现象,规范市场经济秩序,促进招投标活动依法有序举行,将维克里理论运用到招投标过程中,有效解决信息不对称问题,促使投标人诚实报价。通过建立模型研究各投标人之间的博弈行为并提出建立不对称的奖惩制度等相应建议,且运用MATLAB软件进行算例分析。
In order to effectively curb the phenomenon of bid-rigging in the field of engineering bidding, standardize the economy order of the construction market and drive bidding activities to proceed lawfully and orderly, this paper applies Vickrey theory in the bidding process to effectively solve asymmetric information problems, and prompts bidders to quote honestly. Then, establishes the model to study the game behavior between the bidders, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to establish the asymmetric reward and punishment system, and uses MATLAB software for example analysis
