摘要
文章采用尿素水溶液中将铅酸电池中废铅膏浸出Pb SO4,在碳酸钠容液中转化成碳酸铅Pb CO3,来合理地绿色回收铅酸电池铅。考察溶液的酸碱度、溶液温度、处理时间和尿素的用量对碱性体系脱硫率的影响。当溶液温度为106℃、处理时间为6 h及尿素的量为6时,脱硫率高达60%;同时,研究Pb SO4向Pb CO3反应的还原动力学过程。
Pb was greenly recycled from PbS04 to PbC03 leached waste paste of lead-acid batteries in urea solution.The effects of pH, solution temperature, treatment time and dosage of urea on the desulfurization rate of alkaline system were investigated. When the solution temperature is 106,the treatment time is 6 h and the amount of urea is 6, the desulfurization rate is as high as 60%. Meanwhile,the reduction kinetic process of PbSO4 to PbCO3 reaction was studied.
